On November 27, 1944, the Vancouver (WA) Vans (which had been renamed Vanguards) were merged with the Portland Eagles to create a single team. The Vancouver franchise was then awarded to a group from Vancouver BC which rebuilt the team. Complete official player statistics for the PCHL's first season have never been found. We have compiled statistics from game summaries, however they do not match the top scorer list released by the league because the league retroactively, secretly, and arbitrarily deemed many completed games to be exhibitions. We have compiled player statistics from all games played. It is not yet possible to compile statistics for Seattle Stars, Oakland, San Francisco, Los Angeles Monarchs, or Seattle Ironmen due to game summaries which have not been located.
