John Arbour took about 3 years
McCreary and Brown do'nt sign thru the mail
Plager and Mattiusi used to sign thru the mail, but they moved and have not been found.
Jack Lynch works for some travel and tourism company in Barrie, signs thru them.
Bordeleau works for Central Scouting Bureau, signs thru them.
Saleski can be contacted thru the Flyers alumni

Same results with Arbour. Took 3 years. Wrote McCreary 3 times and asked for my items back but no go on that.
