Anybody know which AHL teams make program inserts (8x10 or 8.5x11) of their players? I know Chicago and Norfolk do. Are there others?

The Philadelphia Phantoms are another AHL team that insert a 8.5x11 photo of one of their players in the program each game. You can also buy the insert separate.
