After a few failed attempts to Parent's New Jersey address I finally had success getting him last month by writing to him c/o Hockey Hall of Fame. Received 3 signed cards this past June. Turnaround time was three months. Use a US stamp on your return envelope.
The Ken Wharram address listed here is good. He has always been an excellent signer for me.
