Does anybody know if this is the former NHL player Dale Kushner or somebody else ? Any experiences with this address ?

I wrote to Kushner at that address about 6 months ago. I haven't heard a thing. I have heard that it is a correct address. Hopefully one of these days he will sign the cards and return them to me.
