2002-03 SJHL notre dame hounds

2001-02 USHL chicago steel

2000-02 USHL des moines buccaneers

2001-03 USHL waterloo blackhawks

1999-2000 USHL twin city vulcans

2000-03 USHL cedar rapids roughriders

1999-2001 USHL sioux falls stampede
