What do you guys think about him? Im from boston personally I think that Patrice is much better than he is..on the ice he seems very cocky and doesnt show much respect for the older players on the ice (that can be good and bad) but all the new "gretsky" talk i think is false, he may be 18 and definitly has great skills (i saw him totally dick hal gill against the b's) but I dont think hes THAT special

I said in a previous post that he's good, but he's not great.

He reminds me a lot of how Foresberg was when he was younger, only Crosby hasn't been able to finish much plays.

But you know, that's what it's like being a Rookie..

Anyways, speaking of rookies, I think Michael Cammalleri is right up there with the best rookies.

And as far as having respect for older players...I say screw that, that doesn't get you anywhere.

As a former player myself, I know you have to go into games thinking that you're the best, and that you're going to dominate...or else you might as well just not play if you don't go in with an attitude.


That's how players like Bure, Foresberg, and Kovalchuk play.
