Anyone had any luck with working addressess for either? Frank used to work for the municipality of Richmond Hill in Ontario but has disappeared. Thanks for the help.

Frank Nigro Has Been Difficult To Find. He Might Be Living In Italy. Hirsch Lives In Minnesota, But Does Not Sign Thru The Mail. I Have Tried Twice Over The Last 5 Years With No Success.

Frank was working in Richmond Hill and living in Caledon with his brother. A friend of mine met him in Richmond Hill and got him to sign a few items. He called me and I spoke to Frank on the phone personally. He asked me to find some of his cards for him. I did and phoned his brother a few times but never spoke to Frank again. The last time I spoke to the brother he said he had passed my messages on to Frank and there was nothing more he could do. It seemed more than a little strange - the whole thing. Then I found out Frank is no longer with the Municipality Of Richmond Hill. It really seems like he is trying to avoid being located and judging how pleasant he was with my buddy when they met it isn't an avoiding autographs thing. If he has gone to Italy it is only the last year or so. He is also a member of the Richmond Hill Sports Hall Of Fame.

I don't actually recall. He just identified himself as Frank's brother...

Just got Frank this year from the following address:

I tried that address in Brampton and got the card back yesterday unsigned, with no explanation. Maybe it's him, maybe not, maybe he has moved.

I got my cards back today with the message "I AM NOT THE SAME FRANK!" written on my letter back. So Big Joe from TO, is it possible that this Frank pulled a joke and signed your cards but now doesn't see the humor in it anymore.
