This could very well be. His full name is Stanley Hank Nowak and if you look him up, there is a S&L Nowak that comes up.

Nearly got Nowak about 3 years ago. Looked him up on canada411.ca when he was living in Oshawa. Called the number and he was the one who answered. He said I had called his dad's place but I could send items there for him to sign...he never returned them and the number got disconnected about 3 months later. Good luck.
