No...I don't think its the best goal this season, Malik hands down. Come on, a defensive defensemen going against one of the better shootout goalies...a move only seen in video games...BOOM

I don't think it was the best either. Although quite impressive, he did have a wide open net to shoot at. Although, you can make the argument that Boucher cut down on his angle. The craziest goal this season was Talbot scoring from the length of the ice in Philly, because Ninnimaki (SP) wasn't paying attention. My favorite goal however was when Jason Wiemer scored from a little more than center ice a couple years ago

It was a great goal but i have seen goals by bobby orr that killed that one.
