Tie Game!

Hi,

Since this season, NHL doesnt have any more tie game.

So from when this rule applies for AHL, ECHL, UHL, CHL, and even IHL? Someone knows?

I think AHL it start in 2003-04
ECHL - Since the beginning of the league...
IHL - prior 1992-93
