1992 & 1994 US Mens Hockey Rosters/Address

Hello, I have been looking online for the rosters and/or address' of the 1992 and 1994 US Mens Olympic hockey teams. The last teams before the "Superstar" teams. Does anyone also know the coaches of either team? All help is welcomed and appreciated. Lets Go Penguins!

Peter Laviolette was Captain of the 94 team. That's all I remember off the top of my head. He's still busy with the Canes, but he would know. Did you try USAHockey? Someone there might have the rosters
