I haven't been collecting autographs very long, but I think knowing who signs and who doesn't is the big thing. Please add to this, as I am sure you are all far more aware of players signing habits.

Who Doesn't sign:
Mark Messier - Never Did, Never Will
Bobby Orr - Never Did, Never Will
Ray Borque - I have had no success from him and haven't heard anyting positive from anyone.
Pierre Turgeon - I have tried him twice with no success.
Gordie Howe - Won't sign anything through the mail, but will send you a personalized signed advertisement for his book.
Dennis Potvin - I have tried him many times with no success
Mats Sundin - Does not sign through the mail, but will send you a stamped photo.

These ones want $$:
Frank Mahovolich costs $30 through his sports agent.
Stan Makita apparently wants $40
Marcel Dionne - I have heard between $10 and $20 for charity

The best signers so far:
Jerome Iginla - signs nicely and quickly through the mail
Pretty much the whole Calgary Flames organization is good.
Henri Richard is a great signer through his home address.
Jean Beliveau is a great signer c/o the Montreal Canadians
Bobby Clark signs nicely c/o the Philly Flyers.
The organizations that you can pretty much always get a return from
are the Flames, Edmonton Oilers, and Carolina Hurricanes.

If you know of any other players that fit into one of these three categories, please add them.
Thanks.
