Will sell 6 packs for $10 including shipping. Each packs includes 10 cards, of the players who played in the 1992 Quebec PeeWee World Championships. A lot of NHL players have cards in this set (Alex Tanguay, David Aebischer, Scott Hannan, just to name a few...), as well a a lot of minor leagues players.

Are these pack in tin foil type pack or plastic pack?
