It was produced for the university by Extreme - who also produce QMJHL & OHL team sets - & sponsored by Wilson's Gas Stops. The cards were released in 5 series of 5 cards, & these 5-card packs were available when you purchased gas at Wilson's gas service centers in the Moncton,New Brunswick area).

It was produced for the university locally & sponsored by Wilson's.
