Autograph question

By reading the posts, I see that you all send hockey cards for autographs. My question is, if you just send a letter requesting an autograph, do they have photos that they send out? Thank you.

sometimes, but if you want more sucess send your own photo or card with a self addressed return envelope with postage.

Some key things with autos thru the mail.

Always send an SASE. Never expect a player will go buy stamps to send your stuff back if you didnt include postage.

There is different rates to Canada, and you must have Canadian stamps for your SASE. I believe its around 63 USA to canada, then like 85 canadian to come back.

Never send anything you don't want to lose. some players may keep cards if they don't already have them.

postage from canada back to the us is 93 cents canadian actually

I just throw in a US dollar to the Canadian addresses for return postage. Works fine.
