Has anyone with an American address gotten Serge back in the past 2-3 years. I got him back about 5 years ago and then tried him again at a known address where others where having success and he did not send my H and P card back. I doubt he remembered my address because it was about 4 years difference in times before the new H and P card came out. I have heard of lots of people in Canada getting him back but my few buddies here in Michigan have not so I was just trying to match a trend.
