Any idea how to contact Butch Warren Williams (NHL 1973-1976 for St.Louis,California) ?

He lives in Minnesota, but does not sign thru the mail. Have tried many times over the years with no success.

Tried him a few years ago with no response. Must be overwelmed with requests!

Or he simply hates to sign (like for example Dennis OŽBrien or Darryl Edestrand ).
