Pronger seems to be a good TTM signer, I got 4 cards signed from him last season and I have often seen successes.

Hey Sal,

I know this kinda has nothing to do with your October successes thus far, but I know you use the 06-07 Fleer for some of your autographs. I seem to have misplaced my David Aebischer card, and was hoping you have an extra one I could trade with you for, or something along those lines. Thanks, let me know!

Hey there,
I looked, but don't have a spare Aebischer card. So sorry--I'd like to help. If I find one, I'll pick it up for you.

Ok, thanks for looking. Worst case scenario is that I pick up a box of the stuff and hope for the best. I can start working on a second copy of the set then too if I really wanted, haha.

I'm sure you'll find a single sooner or later.

As long as we're talking Fleer, check out my review of the set:

I've been slow to update my blog. Here are the rest of my successes for October 2007:

October 13
Jim Peplinski - 2/2 plus a note
http://hockeyautographs.blogspot.com/2007/10/jim-peplinski.html

October 18
Tim Hunter - 3/3
http://hockeyautographs.blogspot.com/2007/10/tim-hunter.html

October 23
Martin Lapointe - 4/4
http://hockeyautographs.blogspot.com/2007/10/martin-lapointe.html

October 24
Dale Hawerchuk - 2/5 (kept 4 of my cards, replaced with a Pro Set card)
http://hockeyautographs.blogspot.com/2007/10/dale-hawerchuk.html

October 27
Zdeno Chara - 3/3
http://hockeyautographs.blogspot.com/2007/10/zdeno-chara.html

Overall, I got back 11 returns in October for a total of 32 signed cards.

I was a bit disappointed in Hawerchuk. He signs the cards nicely, but he kept four of my cards, sent back the 87-88 Topps card (which I love) and a 90-91 Pro Set card...which I already had signed by him.

So, if anyone needs a 90-91 Pro Set card of Hawerchuk as a Sabre, I have one for trade :)

Oh, no...I'm not upset that he kept some cards. Hopefully, he needed them for his own collection.

I'm a bit disappointed that he sent me a completely different card than what I sent him, and it was a card I already had signed by him.

He did sign two cards, which is awesome.

Usually four is my limit, but sometimes I might go for five or six cards.

I don't think 6 is alot for him if they are all different, considering he had about 30 diffrent cards throughout his career. Dale was always a moody guy in person when I met him in the 80's..
Maybe he has mellowed since he retired?

Ha! I used to make fun of FALCON for sending more than 4 cards about a year ago...but then I saw the method to his madness. I guess as long as you don't send like 10 of the same card (and ruin for the rest of us), then it's OK.

Which reminds me, FALCON...did you ever get that Mike Eagles card signed?

That cards still sitting on my desk, I hate sending just 1 thing to a player and I can not find any Mike Eagles cards anywhere!! But I guess I will send it off alone anyway. I will let you know for sure. I haven't had a return in months and I am starting to loose faith in the hobby.. Hopefully I will break the streak soon...

Oh, *I* know...trust me, not gonna miss that one :)

But thanks for the heads-up.

Last year, I got autographs from Havlat and Khabibulin at HawkQuarters. That was awesome.
