Any Komet experts in the house?

I have a Kevin Schmidt Komets card that I can't identify. It is black bordered, perforated and sponsored by Shoe Carnival. I looked at the database and saw that Shoe Carnival put out two sets, 2002-03 and 2003-04. There are no indicators whatsoever on the card suggesting which year it may be from.

Are there any Komets experts who can help me figure this one out?
