Received my unsigned cards back today with the following typed note: Effective immediately, I am charging $5.00 for each personal autograph. These monies will then be donated to children's charities. Thank you, Cesare Maniago.

That price seems fair and reasonable for a goalie of his reputation and stature. I'll definately be sending him a few fins and cards in the next week or two. I don't mind it going to charity either. Sounds honorable.

It's nice to see when a player will use their celebrity status to help out a charity and still keep it reasonable.

i agree. $5 bucks for an autograph, donated to children's charity is more than reasonable.

Another nice thing is that he sent back a form letter and not just a price list.
