Team Canada Women

I am trying to get the Team Canada women cards signed from the ITG set.
I did get Danielle Goyette, Cassie Campbell (send to the CBC), Charline Labonte and Meghan Agosta.

I vaguely recall having sent some cards to this address:

Today I received Hayley Wickenheiser.

I had no luck with Manon Rheaume in the mail (sent twice to Little Caesars - no response).
