If i am sending to marcel dionnes company to get my photo signed on my sase should i put canadien or american postage on it? His company is in niagara falls, ontario but i know he lives in Clarence, NY?

I just got back from the Niagara Falls addy with Canadian postage. Niagara Falls is so close to the border that he probably just crosses over a couple times a week, or fairly often at any rate.
