Pulled Goalie Advantage

Does anyone know what the percentage is for scoring a goal when you pull your goalie? I'm not talking about an empty netter, but using the extra skater and scoring a goal. I'm guessing the percentage is pretty low, but I can't find any stats to back that up.

I found this info at behindthenet.ca..suggests that 7x chance someone will score and that the team who pulls their goalie will have 2 x better chance to score but it would seem almost 5x as often the opposition scores...but then you lose by two not one...big deal.
