Has anyone ever tried to send an autograph request thru a hockey school. I was just looking thru The Hockey News and they have their summer hockey schools listed. I noticed Dixon Ward was the director of one of the schools. Think I'll have any luck if I direct an autograph request to him thru the school?

If he's the director of the school, I'd say it will likely work. If he was simply a guest instructor, I think the chance would be slimmer.

my son went to a camp a few years ago and all the players and instuctors were more then happy to sign things . by the way does anybody out there no where deam shermata is by now i lost contact with him after he left hershey i would appreciate it if i could find out thanks

Who is Deam Shermata? Was he a coach?

Dixon Ward is a permanent fixture at the Okanagan Hockey School. You can get him there at any time of the year.

Oh so that is a year round school. I was going to wait to mail it. Guess I'll send it soon. Anyone know how much it is for a regular letter to go from US to Canada and Canada to US? I have one or two canadian stamps to put on the SASE, but will include $1 or so just in case. Hopefully he'll get extra stamps if it needs it.
