56-57 Missing Link "tally sheet"

I've made up an enlarged tally sheet (8 1/2" x 11'') for this set. I keep mine in a binder and this works real nice to keep track of the signed cards in the set.
If anyone would like a jpg give me a shout with your email and I'll shoot one out to you.

Me too. There are a few deceased players that are theoretically still available, that I don't have. I'd love to trade for some of these missing link players.

This is the last "living" player that I have left to get in my set, I actually got a George Armstrong card signed a few years back!

Does anyone have a list of deceased players, who were alive when this set was released.

I think the toughest would be Al Rollins. It's the only card I don't have signed and have as yet to see one ever offered on Ebay. I was even able to pick up a Warren Godfrey on Ebay but I think it's the second hardest.

I got mine in an already signed set of the Wings (although the Godfrey was the only one I needed). The dealer did many shows in the 90's so I know it wasn't a fake. He also had the 64-65 Tall Boy Godfrey but lost out on that one.

sorry to bring up an old thread, but i am working on this set and have almost everyone that is a good signer ttm from this set and i am just wondering if anyone else out there would have any extra signed cards from this set for trade?

I had sent him 3 times over the last 2 years. I sent no money the first time, then $5 the second and $10 the third. I got my card back signed with $5 back.

He must live down south for the winter and someone in Sudbury must handle his mail ... not very well apparently.
