mike keating and joe kowal--70's NHL obscure?

Hello I have posted before and they are the missing two that i need to finish this project. Please community , if you can help out. I have been told these guys are not in Harvey's list,,so where else could they be ?

also question, any advice in looking for OHA guys from the 70's that never did either play in the NHL/ or WHA,, how would you find them ?

I looked around could not find the addies you were looking for, but your best bet with the OHL guys is to see which team they played with the most or last and whitepage search that area, might want to check hometowns out too. Good luck!
