Zezel was always hussling on the ice and a great person off the ice. Probably one of the best ttm signers of all time.
I had got his autos three times through the mail the last few years. I was just going to send him this week a 90-91 OPC Premier card to get signed ttm as part of my collection to try to get the 90-91 OPC Premier set signed.
RIP Peter, you are one of a kind and a great person on and off the ice.

What an all round nice guy!! Was a real fan favorite in Philly in the 80's and always made time for the fans! Hell of a player, and as mentioned he was great TTM.
Peter rest in peace and thanks for the way you treated all the fans over the years!! I am sure he will be on the 1st line up there on Gods squad!!!

This is sad news. Thinking about how sick he was and still answering fanmail. What a great person. A terrible loss.
Rest in Peace Peter. you won't be forgotten. My sympathies to his family and friends.

RIP Peter. It's a little weird because it's the first time someone who signed for me has passed away. I'll have something more associated with those couple of cards now. Condolences to the family of a great player and signer.
