I know it's been a while since he played, but I had success with him while he was with the Canadiens. Maybe try c/o the Alumni.

2 years ago he was playing for the Vienna Capitals in the Austrian League or at least signed with them, perhaps he can be reached via one of his old teams.

i wrote to him also c/o Habs Alumni, but it was only a couple wks ago or so.
