i know the sigs are very probalby autopen, but they really do look nice. And i am so excited with this return.

i agree with you. It is still nice to get a return that maybe a signature instead of Mario Lemieux telling you he is too busy playing golf to bother signing.

I tend to lean more towards the flip side of that argument. I would rather get nothing at all instead of a fake auto. I dont like the idea of my collection being filled with autos that arent even authentic. If the player I sent to can't provide a real auto for me, then I'd rather not have it at all. I dont know, am I alone on this?

it depends on the player. This is Gretzky. so i will be happy with this. for me its the only way to get close to a sig. i am not going to pay big bucks for a real one and i will never ever get him in person.

so this is fine by me.

i still appreciate the fact he sends something back., just what midnightoyl said.

I agree w/ icecards. I would rather have nothing at all than a fake auto. I know there is a risk with every ttm attempt, but I hope every "success" is a real auto. I realize that when you send to a players home, he has no obligation to sign, but if he does I hope it is real.
