Looking for a German based collector/dealer

I am looking for a German-based collector/dealer who can help me with sellers in Germany who do not ship outside country.I currently am looking at nine Ebay lots,the seller is in Germany and does not sell outside it.I used to do this with Marcus Erken(but have not been able to contact him).What we would do was I would buy cards from sellers over here who did not ship outside North America for him,and he would buy cards over there for me for sellers who did not ship outside the European Union.Anyone out there interested in doing this?
