Houlder is currently living in North Bay, ON. Did a search on White Pages, and the only result is a B Houlder at 220 Maple Cove, North Bay, ON, P1B 8G3.

Yeah, Houlder is a teacher in North Bay, not sure what school but that address would make sense.
