I got back a signed Export card from Bob Fillion today with a note that the card in the Centennial Montreal Canadiens set isn't him but a teammate of his (Billy Reay) and a request for $5 for his time. He also sent a more recent card with him and the Stanley Cup.

I remember people saying on these boards that if you send him $5, he would send you a signed card and a couple of photos. I sent him $5 and got 2 molson cards and only 1 of them was signed. I felt a little ripped off lol

at least you got something back. i sent a card and $5 back in March or April and have yet to receive anything back.

i was starting to think it was the post office to blame, but seeing you're still waiting too means it's more likely Mr Fillion. maybe he stopped for awhile and he starting back up and we're at the bottom of the pile since ours were sent awhile back. yeah, i'm trying to be an optimist!

Just got mine back after four months. He is asking for a contribution to the Canadian Alzheimers fund and his address is

Being here in the US, I know P.Q. is the old Postal Code for Quebec but I don't know what the C.P. is for Before anybody writes, can somebody in Canada check this out? Thanks.

C.P. is short form for casier postale, as far as I understand it translates out to postal code in french.

Casier postal is a postal box. Postal code is code postal.

I received the signed Molson ex card several months after writing to him and I'm in Ontario... so if you're from the US, be prepared to wait even longer I guess :S

I just got my cards back and note that he is asking for $10 for Alzheimer's Research. Now the note was in French so i am not sure that he wants the money sent to him or if you should just make a donation. He did include an address for the society.

Wrote to him Mar 03/10 but at a different address than listed here. Think I saw this address somewhere on this forum but not sure.

At the time he asked for a $5 donation. I was generous and sent him a $10 cheque.
Cheque has never been cashed and no signed card returned...
Will definately hunt for another card and give the other address a go.
