I got him at the following address twice since Sep 2009:

Awesome TTM'er...both times got my items back within 2 weeks and he added the inscriptions I requested as well. The second time was for my McFarlane base.

Parkgate addy has worked for me a few times as well. Mr. Bower is absolutely one of the best!! Both TTM and IP.
