Hi Guys,
Does thought i could use some of your guys's advice, the owner at a local hockey shop is selling a messier rookie card for 22 dollars, i'm wondering if thats a good price?

Is it in near mint condition or does it look like someones dog or toddler was playing with it?
If it's near mint yep probably fake.

well its not really mint, but the edges are a bit rough, i think its real but thats just my opinion

Doesn't the Messier RC go for at least $100 usually?
$22 ... Yeah, it would pretty much have to be folded in half.
If you think it's real, buy it ... nobody else will know the difference.

You can get Messier rookies for a wide range of prices. I picked up my PSA 8 (Near Mint-Mint) for $88. So if the edges are rough (which could just be the OPC cut) and the corners are dinged or there is a crease then the card might only be worth $20-$30.
