captains

I am trying to put a list together of all the players who were
captains and assistant captains for all N.H.L teams from
1946-47 to 1974-75 seasons and from 1985-86 season to 2002-03
seasons.
Also all the W.H.A teams from 1972-73 to 1978-79 seasons?

Please list player team and seasons that they were captains and
assistant captains from both leagues.

The official guide and record book is definatly the place to get captains of NHL teams info.
