Which players use rubber stamps or send back fake autographs?

Is their certain things players wont sign?

Which former N.H.L players charge money for their autographs?
and how much do they charge?

My brother and I would like to know before we start are letter
writing, so we dont waste any stamps.

Kidd I have heard will not sign Flames
cards.
Mario Lemieux uses an autopen if you
send to the Penguins

As far as charging for autographs I
have seen former players ask up to
100.00 for an autograph.
