I need that for my simulated league database.

Hello? What about Wayne Gretzky and Adam Oates
Gretzky was a "pro" from the WHA so couldn't be drafted so the oilers and was signed by them. Oates was signed by detroit in 1986 in the free agent fiasco where the red wings spent a lot of money on like 5 guys and only oates panned out!
