How would you rank the 8 defencemen named to Team Canada's roster?
1. Rob Blake - The best D-man in the league.
2. Scott Niedermayer - Most recent Norris winner as speedy as they come.
3. Chris Pronger - Had a solid year for St. Louis, but don't think he's as good as his 2000 Norris/Hart form.
4a. Ed Jovanovski - An emerging star and a man who may surpass Pronger in value to team Canada.
4b. Adam Foote - Put at the same level as Jovo, both skilled and very physical.
6. Wade Redden - Another all-star in the making and whether you love or hate the Sens, you gotta love this guy's ability.
7. Eric Brewer - A defenceman that hasn't been as impressive of late, but is still one of Canada's best.
8. Robyn Regehr - Has a lot to prove, but could be better than Brewer in the tournament. It's too tough to call now.
And who else thinks they should give Theodore the 3rd string job in place of Belfour? Give a future Canada starter some experience.
