Both Ohioleafsfan64 and Druce26 gave you two good places to go for the hard-to-find cards you need. After that, I'd hit every card shop and card show I could until I found what I was looking for. I've gotten Mr. Hughes in the past but that was probably 10 or more years ago. I'm sure he'd sign for you if you mention you played for him. Heck, invite him out for a couple of beers (if you're old enough) and relive some old practice/game memories. He'd probably enjoy that.

Oddly enough, I got back Curt Giles on 3/3 in a blue Sharpie from 5225 Grandview Sq., Apt. 402, Minneapolis, MN 55436 in just under 2 weeks' time. The Curt is legible; the Giles is anyone's guess as to which language he signed it in--Swedish, Sioux, or Kreon. He did add his jersey number. I say odd because Giles now coaches a Minnesota high school team that was the runner up in their state tournament this year.

Got back Carol Vadnais on 4/4 in a black Sharpie from Proulx, Vadnais and Associes, 955 rue Bergar, Laval, QC H7L 4Z6 in 3 weeks' time. He has an add signature that is at least consistent if nothing else.

Got a RTS today on Real Cloutier from 5-6210 Av des Gerbes, Quebec, QC G2J 1C5. It was a crapshoot as to whether I was going to get him back anyway so this is probably less painful than never seeing my cards again. I'm feeling sadistic--does anyone have an updated address on him?

What does Carol Vadnais do these days? That address sounds like a law firm?

It is a real estate firm or commercial property investment firm. I googled it and found out but have forgotten since then. Give it a look-see.

Got back Mr. Douglas on 3/3 in a black ballpoint from Courts Financial Group, 5-2727 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3J 0R2 in 9 days. He's got an average signature when he signs his first and last name next to each other. It looks pretty sloppy if he puts the first on top of the second. Still, happy to see such a quick return.

Got 2/2 in a blue Sharpie from Paul Andrea at 136 Regent St., North Sydney, NS B2A 2G5. He's got a good, legible signature but took 4 months to respond.

Got back former ref Denis Morel today on 3/3 in black Sharpie from the Montreal Canadiens where he is a scout in just over 3 weeks' time. He's got a nice signature and even wrote me a brief letter. He put a return address of 2110 Thomas Godefroy, Trois-Rivieres, PQ G8Y 4X5 on my SASE.

Got back Cam Connor on 3/3 with a red Sharpie from 2716 188 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6J 3P9 in just under 2 weeks' time. He's got a decent sig and adds his number. Autograph looks really cool in red on his white Rangers sweater.

Got back Norm Ullman today, signed 4/4 including his number and HHOF year on each. Signed three in black and one in blue which was different because it didnt look like the pen was running out.
