I was surprised to see this thread and to see my brothers name on your "want" list :)

Bart VanStaalduinen only had cards for MSU and Notre Dame... I really don't think he had any for his Norway team (Lillehammer), or Manchester Storm though. I can verify with him. Or Maybe I will just send him in here to reply himself.
