Hell I've been waiting on a Shack longer than that and even sent money! The other time I wrote him I sent 2 cards with money and the a**hole kept the 1963-64 Parkhurst. I think he keep's the more valuable cards and sells them in my opinion.
Clear the Track heres come THE SHISTER!
You might be right about The Entertainer, my experience is that it takes quite awhile to get your ttm's back and even then i always seem to get someone else's. I thought maybe he just has a bunch signed and they get stuffed in the recently opened envelopes by whoever and then he signs the new batch and so on. But he might sell them as well. He has always been a great huckster/shyster for sure. I guess you get what you pay for with ttm's.
shack always has a table with signed items at his "charity" games. among the the items is a wide assortment of signed cards, all for the low price of $5.
I've sent to Eddie about 10-12 times in the last 20 years....He usually takes about 4-6 months and typically only signs 1 or 2 things per envelope.
I got lucky in my last ttm about three weeks ago.
Eddie signed a 73-74 OPC card and an original Rangers multi signed 8x10...it came back in about 10 days....(First time ever I got him back so soon.

Guys like Shack make ttming what it is.he exemplifies the highs and lows of such a hobby. And yet inspite of peoples successes and not so successful attempts at his autograph via ttm. Many will still send cards, items and money to get his signature.Bottom line is Clear the Track here comes Shack via the mail or not.Hes a challenge.Got em once, think ill try him again.P.S.anyone had success with Bobby Baun recently.
