Was your Palmateet to his Aurora address? I tried a couple of times the past year with no luck.

Yes 30 Simmon Crescent Aurora ON L4G 6B5 and it was a Toronto puck which he personalized

Shelby i tried that address twice in the past year or so and was fortunate both times. Maybe yours just got lost in the mail?
