    Postage USA to Canada

Hello everyone, these boards are awesome. Thanks to everyone who has answered my questions and helped me along the way. I have a ball doing this with my 10 year old son. I have a question. I live in the states and want to send hockey cards to be autographed in Canada. How much postage do I put on envelope going from US to Canada? (I use US postage). When the player sends the envelope back to me (I include a SASE with US postage) is it more postage to ship from Canada to USA? I have received several graphs from Canada so far: Richard, Bower, Bathgate, Howell, Cournoyer, LeMaire (signed wrote over his face), Duff, Houle, Moore, etc. But there are several players who I have had no success from and I am thinking I might need more postage on my envelope. Players like: Glenn Hall, Don Cherry, Frank Mahovlich, Mike Palmateer, Bob Baun, Dave Dryden, Red Berenson, Paul Henderson. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance-Mike!!!

For standard letter from Canada to USA is $1.03, it has to be a canadian stamp going from Canada to USA, a US stamp will not work...Same for when i send a SASE to the US from Canada i have to have US Stamp on the return..Hope this helps, the guys you had luck with prob covered the postage to you, those guys are great TTM signers, good luck hope this helps, here is a link to buy Canadian stamps..Good luck

Hello Graphkid, thank you for the info, I appreciate it. You are right, some of the returns I received from Canada had Canadien postage on it. The players had to cover it for me-the players of the past (who are great) could teach the players of today (not all players-some are great themselves) a lesson or two. Thanks again, Mike!

The easier you make it for the athlete the better your results will be! Might work ok with retired players..
