That was the address I used last month that came back RTS. I looked up his name in the White Pages online and got this successful address:
1510 E Beacon Dr.
Gilbert, AZ 85234

I read in other sites that he was a bit tough to get to sign TTM, so I gave him a check for $10. It must have worked. Good luck to you.
