Ebay doesnt kick these people off because they make money off these sellers. They also will not remove a listing of a fake autograph unless the player or their agent contacts ebay directly and informs them that the item is fake. And even in the unlikely chance, a player does contact ebay directly, the item will be removed, but the seller will still be allowed to continue his other fake items. albl2006 is a black eye to ebay and to the hobby and a lot of unsuspecting people have been ripped off
