I've found singles at Centre Ice Collectibles and Armchair Sports. You can do a Google search from there.

Who are you looking for in particular? Many collectors here on the db probably have singles available of the players you need and would be more than happy to sell or trade them.

Using the player card search feature on the db may also be helpful to you in compiling a list of what minor pro, junior or other team issue cards a player has available.
