I tried a Surrey, BC address some time before I tried the Langley one ( can't find that one right now) and got an RTSer as well.

According to Craighead's website, the address is the one that icecards tried, except the number is 20097 not 200 97. Could that be what they mean by "no unit"?

I really can't imagine that small discrepancy being a factor. But than again the postal service can be difficult with these things.
