Detroit Vipers Collection

Hello forum members,

The time is come that I need to start moving on from some of the collections I have amassed over the years. One of them being my All Time Detroit Vipers player collection. Over the last 18 years I have attempted to collect at least one card of every player to ever suit up for the Vipers in there 7 or so years in existence. If you remember the IHL in the 90s, you will remember player turnover meant new players every game. To the best of my knowledge, i have a card from every player who ever had one issued with the exception of 4 players. There are several hundred cards in this collection. Many obscure minor league cards, team issues, etc.

I would like this to go to a good home, where it will be appreciated and enjoyed. I am not going to give it away either. If you have serious interest please contact me via PM or email, jdstrasz "at" aol.com .

Kaspars Astashenko used to play for the Vipers for at least 2 seasons.
If there were any cards issued of him at that time - I would be more than willing to purchase those. BTW Kaspars died about 6-7 months ago. He was 37. R.I.P.

Hi guys, thanks for the interest so far. Im not interested in breaking the set up and selling cards individually. Reason being, if noone wants the whole set, i plan on just keeping it and dont want a broken set. Im hoping there is a long lost Vipers fan that might want it. $140 shipped takes the collection.
