I have to agree with this. It will be very, very rare that you will receive him TTM anymore.

While it was pretty obvious, being 100 years old if he were still alive, it looks as though SIHR has Hal Picketts as "deceased" although no death date beside it.

Also see that Wikipedia has Al Huggins as "date of death unknown" so, if he were alive, would be 98, but is another one possibly deceased.
